Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification email including the tracking details of your delivery.

You can also check your order status via your order history when signed into your account.

Where does Eskimo Joe's deliver to?

Eskimo Joe's delivers to GB, NI, IE, GG, JG, FR, NL, DE, BE, LX, ES, PT & AT. 

If I need service or support for my slush machine what territories does Eskimo Joe's cover?

Eskimo Joe's service and support covers GB, NI, IE, GG, JG, FR, NL, DE, BE, LX, & AT. 

How much will my delivery cost?

For orders over €199 delivery is free. Delivery is free for all slush machines and mobile trolleys. For all other items please check the specific delivery charge at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

If you need to change the delivery address on your order please contact us as soon as possible using the live chat on our website, if no agent is online you can leave a message for us.

 We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, if your order has progressed too far for the address to be changed it will be returned to sender after delivery is attempted, once the order has been received back in our warehouse we will notify you to organise a re-delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed prior to 2pm GMT will generally be shipped the next business day, orders can take between 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking details so you can track its progress.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately due to occupational health and safety reasons customers are not able to pick up orders from our warehouse.
